The Iron Man flying figure was my original idea for the Hero Launchers. The Polyurethane in this prototype was so light weight, he flew over 200 feet into the air with a solid stomp on the enhanced bellows system I designed. Licensing restrictions required that we adapt all the Marvel Heroes to riding vehicles.

The Wolverine Action Cycle was a prototype for a mini sized air launch system that you pounded with your fist. The cycle employed the same split wheel air flow system as the larger Action Cycles.

Kids stomped on the soft bellows to launch these air powered Avengers Hero Launchers over a hundred feet.

I also conceived and designed the patented modular launcher system that could accommodate other horizontal and vertical air powered toys in the line.

I worked closely with Marvel on the character sculpts and travelled to China to oversee production to ensure our tight shipping deadline would be met.

I designed the launcher, cycle, figure pose, and internal workings of this toy. I worked with Marvel to get the concept approved around tricky licensing restriction pit-falls and travelled to China several times to oversee various stages of production including the final hectic days before the ship date.

Kids stomped on the soft bellows to launch these air powered Avengers Action Cycles over twenty feet. I designed the motorcycles so the launch tube would fit between the split rear wheel and keep the cycle stable for longer distances.
